All Mark Maggiori home goods and prints are produced using museum-quality materials, including archival inks and premium textiles, to ensure the vibrant colors of the American West are preserved for a lifetime.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer international shipping for home goods?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to customer service as soon as possible.
